The Business Development Professional role includes identifying leads, designing fitness facilities, consulting prospects about products and design, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals, while also maintaining product knowledge and meeting sales targets.
Essential Functions- Identifying potential customers and qualifying their needs
- Generating leads through various channels
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Presenting products or services effectively to existing and potential customers
- Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets
- Tracking sales activities and results
- Following up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction
- Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and building relationships
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and building relationships
- Persuasion and negotiation skills are crucial for closing deals
- Strong understanding of the products or services being sold
- Strong organizational skills for managing leads, tracking activities, and preparing reports
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer applications
