As part of our Sales & Strategic Pursuits (S&SP) function, the Alliance Sales Executive will drive the EY‑Microsoft alliance, focusing on Consumer Products and Retail industry clients. You will be a market‑facing, experienced seller and subject matter expert, responsible for pursuing new business, managing the alliance partner pipeline, and delivering sales results across all EY‑client segments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead alliance sales activity and achieve defined sales and pipeline targets.
- Build relationships with priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive sales directly in the market.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the EY‑Microsoft alliance program, Microsoft‑powered transformations and solutions, and the combined value proposition.
- Develop, maintain and leverage alliance partner relationships, collaborating with Microsoft field teams and EY account teams.
- Engage with Microsoft, clients, and EY account and industry leadership to qualify and close opportunities.

Qualifications
- 12‑15+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, or technology.
- Direct and Microsoft channel sales experience.
- Experience selling enterprise solutions to Consumer Products and Retail clients.
- Services sales experience at a Big‑4 firm or GSI.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies:
Azure/cloud, Data & AI, Cyber, and Power Platform. - Expert client management, influencing without authority, and strong executive presence.
- Deep understanding of EY’s alliances, products, and services.
- Solid marketplace, competitive intelligence, and target account profiling.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Technical IT background or delivery management leadership experience.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Team selling experience.
- Ability to travel.
