The role offers a highly incentivized, performance-based compensation package with potential for six-figure earnings. Remote, field-based position requiring local travel.

What You Will Do- Educate and train current dealer partners in the assigned area and acquire new sources and contacts.
- Manage and consult in all sales activities and account development for dealers within the assigned area.
- Ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery; grow and maintain dealer partnerships.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with a consultative sales and management approach.
- Manage your own dealer base and develop knowledge of the Westlake Program to drive growth and success.
- Work full-time in the field with travel in the local market; participate in training and career advancement opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required).
- 1–2 years of prior sales experience with a proven track record.
- College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques; strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
- Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement; ability to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge/experience with Dealer Track, Route One, or CUDL (beneficial).
- Previous outside sales experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel locally with a valid state driver’s license.
- Self-determined, performance-based compensation package.
- First-year guaranteed minimum income starting at $5,000 monthly + performance-based commissions; thereafter, monthly base of $1,000 plus commissions.
- Average earnings and ranges cited: approximately $160,000 (typical), with top performer earnings higher.
- Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement (average about $450).
