As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15.000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh- pressure (UHP) waterjet technology, fiber laser and press brakes.

REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER EE (m/f/d)
MAIN TASKS
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales Targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
  • Actively win, retain and grow the business in Eastern Europe region
  • Manage, support and expand the local sales network including agents and finders.
  • Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries
  • Competently advise customers and train sales partners on products and applications of the technology
  • Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines
  • Majority of working time spent on visiting customers
  • Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with marketing
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management

YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Process or Industrial Engineering or related technical disciplines/ equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in selling machine tools (cutting technologies preferred)
  • Understanding of product specifications, product processes and cutting technologies in various applications
  • Entrepreneurial skill and ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Fluency in Czech, Russian and English, additional Eastern European languages are a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
