Business Development Advisor

The Business Development Advisor drives growth for Home Instead Seattle by expanding referral networks, converting leads, and representing our mission of compassionate, high‑quality in‑home care for seniors. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment and takes pride in measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with key referral partners, including hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and medical professionals.
- Generate and convert new client leads through community engagement, professional networking, and outreach activities.
- Follow up promptly and persistently on all leads from every source—including online inquiries, digital campaigns, and community referrals—to maximize the company’s advertising investment and ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Represent Home Instead Seattle as a community ambassador through events, sponsor ships, and speaking opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and leads in Salesforce, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the internal office and care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding client experiences.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals related to new clients, service hours, and revenue growth.
- Leverage social media, video, and podcast platforms to enhance brand awareness and build trust in the community.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales success, ideally in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple lead sources and turn marketing investments into measurable results.
- Strong communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building skills.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven; thrives both independently and within a team.
- CRM experience required;
Salesforce proficiency preferred. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay range: $65k–$85k DOE + Commission
