Retail Sales, Sales Development Rep/SDR
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive to take charge of driving in-store sales growth across the Washington market. You’ll maximize sell‑through, lead a results‑focused field team, and turn strategy into action with high‑impact events, education, and retail execution that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do- Drive revenue growth across key retail partners (Sephora, Ulta, and specialty) by turning every visit, event, and interaction into sales results
- Lead a high‑performing field team that consistently exceeds sales goals and converts education into sell‑through
- Own your territory’s sales performance - analyze results daily, identify opportunities, and take swift action to maximize ROI
- Plan and execute high‑impact in‑store events and activations that directly move the needle on sales and customer engagement
- Build powerful relationships with store leaders and staff to secure prime visibility, additional exposure, and incremental sales opportunities
- Manage staffing, budgets, and reporting with precision
, ensuring every resource drives measurable growth - Be the sales engine for the brand in your market - energizing teams, amplifying productivity, and championing Sunday Riley at every touchpoint
- Tuesday through Saturday work week and a total of 40 hours

Preferred Qualification And Experience- Experience working in an open‑sell environment
- Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence
- Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging, training and selling
- Multi‑store visit calendar booking and management abilities
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; email and phone skills essential
- Ability to take strategic direction based on sales and business analysis
- Basic Excel skills a must
- Self‑motivated, committed and goal‑oriented
- Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit
- Ability to travel required
- Driver’s license a plus (in most cases a necessity)
