Summary: Responsible for selling hot tubs, accessories, water care product and services in the showroom, at customers' homes, via phone, email, text, virtual selling and at offsite events. Managing in-person contact, incoming customer phone calls, email and text communications and assisting with questions, providing solutions and creating revenue opportunities. Making the most of every opportunity to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
Participating in all training made available with the goal of increasing aptitude to excel as a sales pro. Managing day-to-day open/closing duties, store cleaning, hot tub water care maintenance, Point Of Sale/cashier activities, store deposits and product stocking.
- Hot tubs, accessories and water care sales.
- Virtual and in-person selling.
- Internet, phone, and text lead follow-up.
- Lead database management.
- Listening to customer issues and providing solutions.
- Open and close of Point of Sales and cashiering.
- End of the day paperwork and deposit.
- Opening and closing showroom and tasks.
- Store cleaning and maintenance.
- Supply order and daily stocking.
- Supply inventory management.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word Processing Software:
Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet Software:
Microsoft Excel, Order Processing and Contact Management Systems:
Evosus.
Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License
