Position: Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for a Full‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers by communicating, building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will be an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
  • Ensure Sales Representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Valid insurance coverage to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
    Seattle, WA. Secondary locations:
    Ballard, WA.
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed; schedule may change based on business needs.
Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate of $21.00.
