WAGE RANGE: $23.75-$27.75 PER HOUR

Help Keep Our Stores Safe and Welcoming

As a Crossroads Security Floor Associate, you’ll help provide a safe working environment for our teams and a positive shopping experience for our customers. Crossroads locations are fast‑paced, lively second‑hand clothing retail stores where customers buy and sell their gently used fashion.

What you’ll do:

You will balance keeping Crossroads secure and safe while also acting as a welcoming presence and guide to our guests as they come in the front door. Exceptional customer service and good judgment are a must. Some experience in loss prevention and de‑escalation techniques is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Prior experience in security (1 year+)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
