Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other delicious industry‑leading snacks.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimise the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Day in the Life of a Mondelez Merchandiser.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's licence issued by the state in which you reside.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products from stock rooms to the store floor and stocking shelves.
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
Seattle, WA (secondary locations: Ballard, WA). - Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed; schedule may change based on business needs.

Hourly compensation rate of $21.00. 401k Savings Plan. Eligible to participate in an incentive bonus program. Mileage reimbursement according to company policy.
