Our West Seattle boutique is a place where new moms receive insurance-covered breast pumps, personalized fittings, education, and real human support during one of the most vulnerable seasons of life.

• Welcome and guide moms picking up insurance-covered breast pumps
• Provide compassionate education and personalized support
• Confidently guide customers through personalized product recommendations
• Offer thoughtful solutions (nursing bras, recovery garments, compression, supplies)
• Ensure customers leave fully supported and well-equipped
• Maintain a beautiful, organized boutique environment
• Contribute to measurable retail performance goals

• Naturally nurtures and connects
• Is confident discussing sensitive topics with compassion and professionalism
• Has previous experience in retail, healthcare, or client-facing roles
• Is comfortable being accountable to sales and performance metrics
• Notices details and reads people well
• Thinks independently and takes ownership

Compensation: $22–$24/hour
