Responsibilities- Act as direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others as they do the same.
- Build loyalty through personalized customer connections, creating memorable shopping experiences and building baskets (selling).
- Work with integrity; act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, manage merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
- Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the team of Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
- Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage customers and Health Enthusiasts effectively.
- Passion for the health & wellness industry.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) as a part‑time associate.
The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $20.25 – $21.75 per hour.
