The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

• Work flexible hours, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, etc.) to support store operations.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery.
• Qualify for a written assessment that will be emailed upon application submission.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with proven experience in retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Comfortable with flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, standing for extended periods, and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Independent and reliable, stepping in during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

WA: $19.00 per hour – $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
