Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from the Panda community.

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store performance and ensure a high standard of service and operations.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training. Ongoing career and leadership development is available, including comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement into management positions.

• Pay range: $31.50 - $34.50 per hour.

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius and a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certification.

While performing duties, work areas may be hot and fast-paced. Employees must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in environments with high noise and heat. Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts is required.
