The team is currently seeking energetic Server's Assistants to join the team at Spencer's For Steaks and Chops! Spencer's for Steaks and Chops serves prime cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and a selection of the best wines from Washington State and around the world.

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a full-service restaurant in related roles such as busperson, runner, or server
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Flexibility and interest in cross-training with the F&B Department

Varies; AM shift starts as early as 5:30am and PM shift can start as early as 3:00pm

$17.13 upon hire, $18.93 after 90 days + applicable gratuities

As a server’s assistant you are responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
