Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as our instrumental PM Line Cook (Cook
2) at Hyatt at Olive 8's Tidal+!
This team-oriented intermediate line cook position requires good communication as well as at least 1-2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, grilling, and sautéing, and be comfortable in producing at a high-volume level. Afternoon/Evening availability is required, as shifts will typically schedule from 02:00p - 11:30p daily.
The hourly rate range for this position is $30.80/hour to $31.82/hour. The starting rate for this position is $30.80/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years with Hyatt, which is $31.82/hour.

Qualifications and Responsibilities- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- 2-3 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills and preparation
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen, specifically grilling and sauteeing
- Able to produce at a high volume level
- Strong knife skills are required
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including afternoons and evenings, with shifts typically beginning at 02:00p and concluding at 11:30p
- Must have valid food handler's card
