Morrison Living hiring immediately for full time and part time GRILL COOK positions.

  Horizon House – 900 University Street, Seattle, WA 98101.
• Schedule:
  
  Full time and part time;
  Sunday through Saturday, hours may vary.

• Pay Range: $23.00–$24.00 per hour.

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided.

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; serves from steam tables and multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established service steps.
• Ensures food temperature and attractiveness; tastes all prepared items.
• Uses ticket-collection procedures and records during service periods.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles, trays to and from workstations and refrigerator safely.
• Stores foods following standard wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
