This team-oriented intermediate line cook position requires good communication as well as at least 1–2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of sauces, stocks,יקר frying, broiling, grilling, and sautéing and be comfortable producing at a high-volume level. Afternoon/Evening availability is required, as shifts typically schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily.

The hourly rate range for this position is $30.80/hour to $31.82/hour. The starting rate for this position is $30.80/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years with Hyatt, which is $31.82/hour.
