Position SummaryWe are seeking a Meal Prep Cook to join our kitchen team located in Tukwila. The role involves preparing high‑quality meals according to standardized recipes, ensuring ingredients are fresh, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities include cooking, portioning, and packaging meals for distribution, ensuring all meals meet company standards for taste, presentation, and dietary compliance. Meals are prepared on Fridays, cooked on Saturdays, and delivered on Sundays.
Approximately 130 meals are prepared, cooked, and delivered per week, and the cook may be asked to support dining events or catering operations on occasion.
- Proven experience as a cook in a high‑volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, dietary restrictions, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust for portion sizes or dietary needs.
- 1–2 years of cooking experience in a high‑volume professional kitchen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Food Safety and Sanitation Certification.
- Culinary certification.
- Commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers.
- Knives and other culinary tools.
- Inventory tracking tools, labeling devices, and packaging supplies.

Pay & Working Hours- Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
- Part‑time: 18–24 hours per week to start, with potential adjustments based on business needs and performance.
- Work Days:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. - Hourly non‑exempt.
