• Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds; bring your signature flare to turn high standards into memorable meals.
• Own your kitchen by staying on top of supplies and equipment and minimizing waste.
• Notify your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
• Help create a safe space by following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness that meets or exceeds local hygiene laws.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Improve guest experience by addressing queries or offering advice.
• Wear your uniform with pride.
• Take on other ad‑hoc duties when the team needs to pull together.

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; ability to follow recipes and manage inventory.
• Some food‑preparation experience or training preferred.
• Communication skills for interacting with other cooks, wait staff, and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic math, percentages, quantities, and variances.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state regulations.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Physical ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and move around the kitchen.

The hourly range for this role is $21.30 to $23.07
. Compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, location, performance, and other factors.
