Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position at 2021 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Full‑time schedule.

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $23.50 per hour.

Internal employee referral bonus available.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor to a dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
