Pay: $22–25 per hour DOE

• Greet and welcome our incredible residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and drink suggestions to residents, their families, and associates.
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes.
• Ensure that no resident or guest is over‑served, and that no one under the age of 21 is served any form of alcoholic product.
• Arrange and maintain an attractive display for the bar area.
• Clean and maintain stemware, glassware, and bar station.
• Be familiar with the menu and a variety of wine and other pairings for each meal to answer resident questions.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age and our affiliates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Completed a bartending study course.
• Ability to pass the WA Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Competence in reading, writing, and speaking English to serve residents and their associates.
• Capability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
