Provide data analysis support for assigned research center. Primary responsibilities include helping design new studies, performing power calculations, analyzing data, writing reports describing data analysis results, and helping to write portions of manuscripts. The Research Data Analyst is involved primarily in clinical and/or epidemiologic studies including outcome studies and may also collaborate on some basic science and experimental studies.
RequiredEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Biology or related field. Formal training in applied statistical analysis through coursework in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology or related field. Minimum of two (2) years experience assisting with and/or coordinating clinical research protocols, creating datasets, performing applied statistical analysis, and writing up results using statistical software (e.g., SAS, S-Plus, SPSS, and/or Stata).

Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or related field with training in applied statistical knowledge regarding epidemiology or statistical genetics with immunocompromised patients and basic understanding of principles of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Compensation$73,378.00 - $ per year.
