We operate a state approved school, the Academy of Real Estate.
- Professional sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge in real estate market trends, property valuation, and market analysis
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
- Certification as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Washington or Oregon
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using real estate marketing tools and technology
- Reliable transportation to conduct property showings and meet clients
- Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required
