Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Broker to join our team as a vital contributor. This role focuses on lead generation and guiding clients toward their ideal homes. If you possess sharp attention to detail and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
