Showing Assistant - BKT Northwest (BKT)

Launch your real estate journey as a Showing Assistant with our energetic and forward-looking team. Responsibilities

• Assist our real estate agents in coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers
• Accompany clients to property showings, providing them with relevant information and answering any questions they may have.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ personal criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to pursue a successful career in the industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software tools commonly used in real estate, such as MLS platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• High school graduate
• Valid WA real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
