About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead the institutionalization of industry-leading food safety and quality programs across its supply chain network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer requirements and regulatory compliance, with a focus on profitability, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a leader with experience in functional leadership, including product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and a comprehensive knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards.

The VP of Quality will also be tasked with managing audits, reporting, and leading a team to foster a high-performance culture.

Candidates for the VP of Quality position at the company should have a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, including experience with HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs. Expertise in processes, specifications, and critical control points in manufacturing for ongoing quality assurance is essential, as is experience with GFSI/SQF. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing customer complaints related to food safety and quality, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on, engaging approach to team leadership, with a focus on talent development, recruitment, and retention.
