Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the planning and execution of quality assurance processes to meet project goals and standards. Daily responsibilities include implementing and monitoring QA/QC standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

The role requires collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drives continuous improvements in quality processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, with experience in implementing and maintaining QA standards.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage and oversee QA initiatives.
  • Proven experience in operations consulting, process improvement, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of commissioning and project management in mission‑critical environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and safety regulations within relevant industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
  • Ability to work on‑site in various locations throughout the United States and manage quality processes effectively.
  • Data Center experience preferred.
