Your Neighbor Vet (YNV) is a DVM-owned, privately owned, and locally operated Veterinary Relief Team delivering customized relief services to veterinary hospitals across Washington State and Oregon. With a commitment to personalized care, we support clinics through staffing shortages while helping them maintain seamless operations.

What You’ll Be Doing- Providing high-quality veterinary care within your chosen practice settings
- Supporting hospitals during vacations, leaves, and staffing gaps
- Integrating into clinics as a trusted, accountable professional
- DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in Washington and/or Oregon
- Experience in one or more of the practice areas listed above
- Dependable, adaptable, and collaborative
- Relief experience is welcome, but not required
