Compensation

• Total Annual Earning Potential: $100, + (Average Commission)
• Full commission with monthly bonuses
• All leads are provided and pre scheduled

• Client
  
  Education:
  
  Educate residential and commercial customers on the specific needs of their trees and landscape.
• Estimation:
  Provide customers with accurate, detailed estimates based on their specific requirements.
• Relationship Management:
  Create and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  As part of the office and field management team, assist management in the direction of the whole team.
• Permitting:
  Providing customers support in obtaining permits through multiple King County municipalities.
• Provide video and written documentation for project for administration and crew work

• Experience:
  
  2–4 years minimum tree care sales experience is required.
• Certification: ISA Certified Arborist ®. TRAQ certification must be obtained.
• Licensing:
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving records is required.
• Knowledge:
  Strong regional plant and horticulture knowledge. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, and industry-approved tree care practices.
