Wheaton Way Veterinary Hospital (WWVH) is an independently owned and family-oriented veterinary hospital located in the heart of the Kitsap Peninsula. You’ve got your DVM (or VMD)? As a small (and rapidly growing) practice, we’re looking to tap into your strengths, your interests, and what makes you thrive. We've gone from 1 DVM to adding a second part-time DVM and offering Saturday appointments and are looking to add a third to our amazing crew! We are very flexible and willing to discuss part-time employment for the right candidate.

Additionally, the area has plenty to offer including the Olympic National Park about 1 hour away, Poulsbo; a cute Nordic town, Bainbridge Island, and downtown Seattle being a quick 30-minute Fast Ferry away. We have recently invested in: S*%3ound Smart DR radiographs, Oncura point-of-care Ultrasound*%3 (for same day abdomen, echocardiogram, AFAST, TFAST), a Vscan Air Vet Ultrasound for handheld wireless ultrasounds, forced triad Ligasure surgical equipment, plasma sterilizer, and therapeutic laser.

We have designed a mentoring program to make sure new and experienced veterinarians find themselves to be stronger clinicians every day. This can also include business mentoring and reinvestment, if interested. We encourage all interested applicants to apply.

$ - $ per year base salary or 20% production, whichever is higher determined every paycheck.
