WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a groundskeeper for our apartment community, you will help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and cleanliness of the property. Responsibilities include regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, watering, and seasonal clean‑up, and keeping walkways, common areas, and outdoor amenities free of debris. You may also assist with basic maintenance needs, report any property issues, and ensure the grounds remain welcoming and well‑kept for residents and guests.

• Pay: $25 /hr

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a similar outdoor labor position.
• Familiarity with basic lawn care equipment—such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Solid understanding of seasonal yard work and general property upkeep.
• Experience working in an apartment community or commercial setting is a plus.
• Reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
