Job Description
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full‑time and part‑time new employees joining UW Medicine.
LocationUniversity of Washington Medical Center‑Montlake
UnitComplex Med‑Surg (4NE) – 30‑bed step‑down unit caring for patients after complex surgical procedures including General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery.
Work Schedule- 90% FTE
- Day/Night rotation
- At least 1 year of current/recent acute care med‑surg nursing experience
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
- BLS required
Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly;
Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly.
Other Compensation: $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Assistance (eligible new employees), BSN (or higher degree) Premium – $1.00/hour;
Certification (Specialty Certs) Premium – $1.25/hour;
Night Shift Premium – $5.00/hour;
Evening Shift Premium – $3.00/hour;
Weekend Shift Premium – $4.00/hour;
Sunday Night Premium – $3.00/hour;
Overtime Pay.
