This recruitment offers a $10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive to eligible new employees joining UW Medicine

UW Medical Center-Montlake's-ED has an opportunity for an experienced ED nurse to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and nursing diagnosis of patients.
  • Care planning.
  • Implementation of safe nursing care.
  • Evaluation of patient responses to nursing care.
  • Patient teaching and advocacy.
  • Admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of ED nursing experience.
  • BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Active Washington State RN license.
Schedule

90% night shift (36 hours / two weeks) 12‑hour shifts.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly

Other Compensation:

  • $10,000 sign‑on bonus / Relocation available
  • BSN premium $1.00/hr
  • Certification premium $1.25/hr
  • Night shift differential $5.00/hr
  • Weekend shift differential $4.00/Sunday night premium $3.00/hr
  • Overtime pay
