** Rotating Shift (Days and Nights) Registered Nurse**.
** WORK SCHEDULE
*** 36 hours per week
* 3x12 shift schedule
* This position works a mix of
* rotating day shifts and night shifts* - additional details will be provided in the interview
* Must be available to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis
** DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
*** We are a 43-bed unit at a community hospital
* We support low acuity telemetry patients, general medical patients, and orthopedic and neurosurgery surgery patients
* Common surgical procedures on our floor include knee, hip, and joint replacements, calcified bone treatments, neck surgeries, and laminectomies
* Our staffing grid consistently allows for 1:4 and 1:5 nurse to patient ratios
** POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

** PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Work alongside physicians and surgeons in a medical-surgical hospital setting
* Perform musculoskeletal health exams
* Support pre-operative patients
* Administer and monitor pain medication
* Treat injuries with wound dressing or casting
* Help post-surgical patient increase their mobility
* Accurately document patient care outcomes in Epic
** REQUIREMENTS
* ** BLS* Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State

** Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
**** Pay Range Minimum:**$45.59 hourly
** Pay Range Maximum:**$83.64 hourly
** Other Compensation:**$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for eligible new employees)
BSN (or higher) premium - $1.00/hour Certification premium - $1.25/hour Night premium - $5.00/hour Weekend premium - $4.00/hour Sunday night premium - $3.00/hour
