Job Description
$10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for eligible positions and eligible new employees joining UW Medicine.
Harborview Medical Center’s teams of outstanding Psychiatry Registered Nurses (RN). Harborview Medical Center is a level one adult and pediatric trauma center and a regional burn center.
DEPARTMENT- 21‑bed unit
- 2:1 staffing ratios
- 24/7 security
- Our ICU patient population is primarily involuntary. Our nurses and staff understand de‑escalation, seclusion, and restraint techniques. Our staff deal with a broad range of complex mental health and medical diagnoses.
- 80% – Psych ICU
- Evening
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Have/obtain a WA state nursing license to practice or MSL
- One or more years in psych nursing or acute care setting

Compensation, Benefits And Position DetailsPay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $84.47 hourly
Other Compensation: $10,000 sign‑on bonus / Relocation available, BSN premium $1.00/hr, Certification premium $1.25/hr, Evening shift differential $3.00/hr, Weekend shift differential $4.00/hr, Sunday night premium $3.00/hr, Overtime pay.
