Job Description

This recruitment offers a $10,000 Recruitment Incentive to eligible new employees joining UW Medicine.

• We have 150 deliveries a month (as a qua ternary care hospital)
• 70% of our OB moms are high risk with neonates, medically complex co-morbidities.
• We provide care for up to 14 antepartum patients, 9 L & D patients, 18 postpartum mother/baby pairs.
• We have antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services.
• We staff according to AWHONN standards.
• We are a certified WHO-Baby Friendly Hospital.
• Will provide outpatient services if needed.

• 90% FTE
• 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts.

• One or more years of labor and delivery nursing experience
• Have/obtain a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Washington or MSL
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly

Other Compensation:

• $10,000 Sign on bonus / Relocation available
• BSN or higher premium $1.00/hour
• Certification premium $1.25/hour
• Night shift differential $5.00/hour
• Weekend shift differential $4.00/hour;
  Sunday night premium $3.00/hour
• Overtime Pay
