As an Infection Preventionist (IP RN), you will develop, direct, and monitor the facility's infection prevention.

• Bachelors/Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Long Term Care or human services
• Unencumbered RN license in the state or LPN license
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• Infection control experience
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Experience with Point Click Care
• This position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required.
