Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Apply specialized pediatric critical care training and evidence-based practices in patient treatment.
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and care plans accurately and efficiently.
- Support families and caregivers through communication, education, and compassionate interaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification American Heart Association.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year of PICU nursing experience (post-graduation).
Note:
Clinical rotations and residency training do not count toward this requirement.
- National certification in area of specialty.
