** Previous perm staff are not permitted to work here as travelers - no exceptions - regardless of the amount of time that has passed. Any Swedish perm staff is a hard stop for all OR unit and OR specialties. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. 2 YR EXP REQUIRED. Screen for less than 2 years. FLOAT

Three weeknight call shifts 11p-7a and three weekend call shifts 7a-7p or 7p-7a, per 6 week schedule. Call response time is 30 minutes from being called. Main OR travelers receive their schedules in 6-week intervals. variable schedule would be set in advance, and any changes would be discussed with the traveler beforehand. While occasional schedule adjustments may occur the day before, the unit would always check for availability first-this is not a frequent expectation.

Additionally, they adjust staffing based on patient volumes and prioritize voluntary flexibility among permanent team members. Hardstop - Robotics, General, Urology, Gyn, Bariatrics minor vascular, plastics, and thoracic cases. Hardstop- clinician must have thoracic and vascular experience so they are able to take call independently.
