**** Harborview Medical Center’s (HMC) 3EH-Medicine/Telemetry unit has an outstanding opportunity for an 90% FTE (36 hours per week), Night Shift, Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) position.*

- ** Medicine/Telemetry** - is a 32 bed acute care unit that works with a multidisciplinary care team to care for patients with a wide range of complex medical/surgical problems that often encompasses chronic underlying conditions, cardiac issues, substance abuse, and socioeconomic difficulties.

The
** Harborview 3EH-Med/Tele Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM/RN3)
** utilizes the nursing process to prescribe, prioritize, delegate, and provide safe, therapeutic allocation of nursing resources to patients/families.  The RN3/ANM makes independent judgments, decisions, and take action regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing and unit workflow issues.  The ANM collaborates with appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care from admission through discharge in support of the medical and nursing plans of care.
The assistant nurse manager (ANM) performs specific leadership functions related to clinical practice, education, and/or management as delegated by and in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. The RN3/ANM provides leadership for unit and departmental activities that promote delivery of quality nursing care, effective problem solving and communication.

** WORK SCHEDULE*
* • 90% FTE - 60% charge nurse/direct patient care, 30% management/in-office  
• Primarily Night shift, with one shift per week variable (per unit management needs)

** Harborview Medical Center Campus - Seattle, First Hill    
** REQUIREMENTS:
** BSN degree in nursing.  Acute Care nursing experience.  WA State RN license.  Charge Nurse experience.  Two – three years of professional nursing experience, including demonstrated skill and preference for adult education (preceptor, unit based skills, etc.).
** Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
**** Pay Range Minimum:**$49.23 hourly
** Pay Range Maximum:**$91.22 hourly
** Other Compensation:
** BSN (or higher degree) Premium - $1.00/hour  Certification (Specialty Certs) Premium - $1.25/hour Night Shift Premium - $5.00/hour Weekend Shift Premium - $4.00/hour Overtime Pay Relocation Assistance Available
