Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Hospice experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
- Local & travel allowed.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Supplemental Program - Compassus Home Health.

Additional Details- If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).
Either Fri through Monday or Sunday through Wednesday
