A community health service provider in Washington, DC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential patient care and support in a clinical environment. The LPN will obtain vital signs, initiate medical care plans, and assist with routine nursing procedures, including vaccinations and patient intake. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Practical Nursing School and possess or be eligible for DC licensure.

One year of experience in an ambulatory care setting is also required.
