ANM​/Assistant Nurse Manager, UW Medical Center- Level IV NICU

has a leadership opportunity for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing their career as an Come work with an interdisciplinary team of neonatologists, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, respiratory care practitioners, pharmacists, nutritionists, other health professionals and parents as members of a baby's healthcare team. Under general direction by the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager utilizes the nursing process to prioritize, delegate, and provide safe, therapeutic allocation of nursing resources to patients.

The ANM makes independent judgements, decisions, and acts on a wide range of routine and complex staffing and unit workflow issues.  Lead clinical practice, education, and management as delegated by and in collaboration with the nurse manager Perform charge nurse duties

Two or more years of level III or IV NICU nursing experience
