Compensation and Benefits- Pay Range Minimum: $91,152.00 annual
- Pay Range Maximum: $ annual
- Other Compensation: $10,000 Sign On Bonus, $5,000 Relocation Assistance, $4.50/hr night differential, $4.00/hr weekend differential, $2.50/hr evening differential, $1.00/hr BSN premium
- 100% FTE
- Ten‑ and Twelve‑hour shifts
- All days available, Sunday – Saturday
- Depending on case schedule, 05:30 – 07:30 starting
- Some on‑call shifts required
- Circulate and scrub a variety of surgical cases.
- Work within a highly collaborative culture with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to provide superior nursing care.
- Provide pre‑, intra‑, and post‑operative care for surgical patients, including preparing the surgical site and equipment.
- Assist surgeons during operations by providing instruments and managing patient needs, and monitoring patient recovery.
- Act as a patient advocate, maintain a sterile environment, coordinate with the healthcare team, and provide patient education for recovery.
- Ensure BLS certification and a minimum of 2 years current general OR nursing experience with circulating experience in a variety of clinical settings; scrub experience is desired but not required.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years general OR nursing experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to maintaining a sterile, safe operating environment.
