Swedish Cherry Hill 550 17th-Seattle (On-site) Full time, Day shift.

Department: 3900 SS CLINICAL EDUCATION

This position will provide service group educational support to clinical staff, focusing on staff clinical development and expertise. You will work closely with the service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan for the development of excellence in care. The role emphasizes the use of educational theory and expertise to foster clinical growth, increase staff competency, and ensure safe and positive patient outcomes.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license (to be obtained upon hire).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience, including clinical experience in a related service line area.

• Emphasis on education with current clinical competence in the service group.
