** WORK SCHEDULE
*** 100% FTE (40 hours per week), Day Shift, Mon-Fri, 7:30-16:00 (off holidays)
** DESCRIPTION
* * The Registered Nurse for the Regional Epilepsy Center works as part of a  multidiscipline team to provide care for epilepsy and EEG patients. This position is often the first contact point for patients.

Main job duties:  
• Act upon and triage calls as appropriate  
• Appropriately document patient care per hospital and department policies  
• Effectively communicate with patients and providers medical  issues/concerns  
• Perform nursing assessments on patients having or have just had a seizure  
• Perform necessary medical review   
• Call patient with appointment discharge follow-up
** REQUIREMENTS
* * Requires minimum two years RN work experience (neurology experience desired).

**** Pay Range Minimum:**$94,824.00 annual
** Pay Range Maximum:**$ annual
** Other Compensation:**$10,000 Sign-on bonus for eligible new hires $1/hour BSN premium $1.25/hour nursing specialty certification premium
