• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and interventions.
• Monitor and assess vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall patient status to detect early signs of deterioration.
• Administer medications, IV drips, and advanced therapies as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Candidate requirements

• Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
• 2+ years of experience in IMCU, step-down, or progressive care settings preferred.
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and critical care interventions.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
