UNITS at First Hill , regardless of time separated. This rule only applies to the FIRST HILL O.R. UNITS. Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.

On call shifts:
The agency staff member is expected to take buddy call within the first two weeks. Then they are mixed into the rotation with the other staff every pay period (6 weeks): 2 weekend (24hours), 4 weekday) call shifts. ALTERNATING Start times:
Possibly 0700, 0900, 1100- 10 HOUR SHIFTS THIS ORTHO O.R . UNIT REQUIRES ACTIVE WA LICENSE TO SUBMIT - NO EXCEPTIONS Minimum experience required-2 years. Screen for less than 2 years exp. Floating required to Swedish MAIN Surgery and Swedish South Tower Surgery. Orthopedic Surgery Specialized in all Total Joints, Hand, Foot and Ankle Surgeries and Spine. Neuro Spine OR Arthritis, chronic Pain, Injury to affected limb, Infection to affected area.

All total Joint Procedures, MAKO Robot Technology, All Spine surgeries, simple to complex 20-25% Inpatient 75-80% Outpatient 5% Pediatrics Circulate;
