- This is a TEMP to HIRE position (contract for 13 weeks, with the expectation that traveler joins clinic permanently at the end of the contract if all goes well and an offer is presented). Confirm with hiring manager but must present upon submission DETAILS Clinis is need of a pre-surgical visit nurse. This includes extensive patient education, interpretation of clinical results, timely communication with both surgeons and schedulers. Performance of EKGs and MRSA swabs are part of the nurse visit, as well as discharge planning. This is a cardiac surgery clinic, so our patient population is mostly fragile and highly anxious about their surgery and life post op.
